The room was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, but the humidity was an issue initially due to a nearby storm. The bed left something to be desired; it was a bit too firm, and only two pillows were provided, necessitating a request for more. Noise from the loud AC disrupted sleep, along with occasional alarms in the hallway. The bathroom had a narrow shelf that was concerning for storing items, and the shower curtain tended to cling uncomfortably. Quick responses from housekeeping for extra towels were appreciated, and the coffee availability was a nice touch.

Particularly good and stunning location in a fabulous location-easy walking distance of most of Boston's main attractions, easy to get around. Also - just off Copley Square. Reasonably priced room with huge bathroom, kitchenette plus coffee maker.

Excellent location near Faneuil Hall, close to everything. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had great pressure—though a curtain isn't ideal. Cleanliness was hit or miss; some areas could use attention. Staff were friendly overall, but a few felt indifferent. Appreciated the cold water refill stations and the cozy lounge with free drinks. A surprise upgrade to a room with a microwave was a nice touch. Just be prepared for the $100 deposit. In a city teeming with options, this place deserves a look for its perks, despite a few minor quirks.

The room was high quality and offered with relaxing chairs, a shower. At the restaurant, the breakfast was delicious except for a banana. The location was magnificent and brilliant, just 5 minutes walk from Alley.

The tea and coffee facilities in the lobby were a nice touch, providing free coffee that was quite good. I also appreciated the sitting area in the lobby where I could relax and enjoy my drink. The room came equipped with free toiletries, which was convenient, but I found the selection to be a bit limited. The am/fm alarm clock in the room was handy for waking up in the morning, but I did notice that the flat-screen TV could use an upgrade as the picture quality was not the best. I did not have the chance to use the dry cleaning or grocery shopping services during my stay, but I could see how they could be beneficial for longer stays. I did not notice any pet amenities available, which could be a downside for pet owners looking to stay at the hotel.

LOVED the Netflix connection to the TV. Definitely going back! Rooms are smaller than expected from photos.

Perfect Location for Exploring Boston's Historic Sites

Club Quarters Hotel Faneuil Hall boasts an excellent location near the Freedom Trail, with great restaurants and shopping options nearby. The complimentary water and coffee in the lobby were a nice touch, and the staff were genuinely friendly and eager to help.
